1. As a scheduler, why don’t I see a schedule past [X date]?
If you can’t see a schedule beyond a certain date, it’s likely because the schedule hasn’t been created yet.
What to do
Check your scheduling period to confirm whether a schedule has been generated for the dates in question.
If it hasn’t, create the schedule for that date range.
Once created, you’ll be able to view and edit it as usual.

2. Why can’t my employees see their schedules past [X date]?
If employees can’t see their schedules past a certain date, the most common reason is that the schedule hasn’t been published.
What to do
Verify that the schedule for that date range exists and is published.
Unpublished schedules are visible only to schedulers or managers — not to employees.
Once the schedule is published, employees will be able to view it through their normal access (e.g., mobile app or desktop).

Tip
Whenever you create new schedules for future dates, make sure to publish them so employees can view their shifts ahead of time.
