Multiple Code Leave Banking

You can create multiple leave codes to draw against the same leave bank. Only new codes can be assigned to an existing leave bank.

Important: Once a leave code is created, you can make it bankable, but you cannot attach it to an existing leave bank account. The option will be greyed out.

1. Navigate to Settings > Codes > Leave Codes.

1. Click New.
   Only new codes can be assigned to an existing leave bank.
2. Enable the Bankable checkbox.
3. Enable Attach to existing leave bank account.
4. Select leave bank account.
5. Fill in all required fields and click Save.
