UKG Shiftboard provides a task status page to show the progress of created schedules, recreated schedules, and AutoSchedule. This page is especially useful when multiple tasks are running at the same time to confirm what is queued up for the organization.
AutoSchedule runs one job at a time per organization. If you or your team are running AutoSchedule jobs at the same time, the subsequent job(s) will fall into a pending status while it waits for the previous job to finish. If you encounter a delay in seeing the job in progress, the task status page will provide details.
In the image above the most recent AutoSchedule job is in a Pending status and waiting for the first AutoSchedule job to move from In Progress, to Complete.
Access the Task Status Page
To check the status of tasks on your site, click on the task manager icon in the upper right-hand corner. Click on View All Tasks at the bottom of the list.
The list can be filtered by type or status. The list can also be sorted by last modified.
