Using Save As Preset
Many reports have several parameters to refine their output. System Administrators can save these settings for reports run regularly for those with the right access level to use.
Dates and date ranges cannot be saved.
- Open an applicable report.
- Make any modifications needed to the report parameters.
- Select Save As Preset.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to update the preset name and determine accessibility to this preset
- The report will now appear in the Saved Reports Presets section of the Reports page and will retain your chosen parameters.
- Open the report and choose Update Preset and then select Delete to remove the report from the list.
Using Get Link
Schedulers and Schedule Managers can generate a link to bookmark in the browser by opening the report and tapping the Get Link button.
- Open an applicable report.
- Make any modifications needed to the report parameters.
- Select Get Link.
- A URL will be generated and appear under the Get Link button.
- Copy and paste the link into your browser and bookmark the page. The link will retain your chosen report parameters (excluding dates and date ranges).
You will need to be logged in to SchedulePro for the link to work.
Applicable Reports
Currently, the reports listed have the Save As Preset and/or Get Link function. Blue reports are available to employees. What employees see in these reports is restricted to the group they have visibility into.
