Using Save As Preset
Many reports have several parameters to refine their output. You can save these option settings for reports you run regularly.
Dates and date ranges cannot be saved.
- Open an applicable report.
- Make any modifications needed to the report parameters.
- Select Save As Preset.
- The report will now appear in the Saved Reports Presets section of the Reports page and will retain your chosen parameters.
- Open the report and choose Update Preset and then select Delete to remove the report from the list.
Using Get Link
Some reports can generate a link that can be bookmarked by opening the report and tapping the Get Link button.
- Open an applicable report.
- Make any modifictions needed to the report parameters.
- Select Get Link.
- A URL will be generated and appear under the Get Link button.
- Copy and paste the link into your browser and bookmark the page. The link will retain your chosen report parameters (excluding dates and date ranges).
You will need to be logged in to SchedulePro for the link to work.
