Many of the reports within SchedulePro allow for email subscriptions. Navigate from the Home page to View Reports and locate the report you want to subscribe to.
Once you have the right report, modify the filters as needed.
Next, scroll down to the Schedule Recurring Report Delivery section and fill out the details.
- Send at: tell the system what time to send the report
- Start Date: set the number of days before or after the report runs to give you data for
- Example - if you send the report on Monday, but want to see information for Sunday, you'll set the start date to 1 days before date report runs
- End Date: set the number of days before or after
- Example - if you send the report on Monday, but want to see information through the following Saturday, you'll set your end date to 6 days after report runs
- Recurrence pattern: set the report to email daily, weekly, or monthly
- Selecting Weekly will show the days of the week. You can select multiple days.
- Selecting Monthly allow you to choose the frequency and day of the month to send
- Selecting Weekly will show the days of the week. You can select multiple days.
- Export Type: choose the file type you want to receive the report in (pdf, csv, or xlsx)
- Email Address: enter the email address the report should be sent to
- Subject: add the subject so you or whomever you set this up for knows what the email provides (optional)
- Message: add an extra message if needed (optional)
If a report should be sent to more than one person, you'll need to set up one subscription per user.
Unsubscribing From Report Subscription
Reports can be unsubscribed from by System Administrators, the originator of the report, and by the person receiving the report as long as they have a profile within SchedulePro.
Note: only the originator of the report can edit the report and subscription
To manage report subscriptions, go Home > Emailed Report Subscriptions
Locate the report you want to unsubscribe from and select Unsubscribe
