If your organization uses position or location colors to easily differentiate what or where employees are working throughout the site, this new view may benefit you and your team.
This is a global setting for schedulers within your organization. It cannot be configured per user.
What's Different?
- Position/location colors are vibrant so hues in the same color scheme are easier to see
- Leave colors are across the entire cell
- Shift code colors appear in text if position/location colors aren't selected
- Unpublished shifts have dotted lines on the left
- Leaves for an unpublished period are in full color with dotted lines on the left

What Do I Need to Do?
If you would like to enable the bolder schedule experience, please reach out to our support team. For the best experience, our team will ensure your site is enabled with position and location codes. We recommend you review the assigned colors and set the preferred priority under Settings > Organization Settings > Schedule Cell Color Settings.
